Takrat je severna polobla najbolj odmaknjena od Sonca, zato prejme najmanj toplote in svetlobe. Pribli\u017eno 800 kilometrov severneje v Berlinu 21. decembra od son\u010dnega vzhoda do zahoda mine 7 ur in 40 minut, nad Helsinki pa le \u0161e slabih 6 ur. \u010ce se pomaknemo \u0161e severneje, pridemo v obmo\u010dje polarnega kroga, kjer sonce pod obzorjem vztraja tudi po ve\u010d dni zapored. Na skrajni to\u010dki na severnem polu sonce vzide in zaide le enkrat letno, podobno velja tudi za ju\u017eni pol, kjer imajo v teh dneh polarni dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav se po zimskem solsticiju dnevi dalj\u0161ajo, to ne pomeni, da se takoj tudi ogreje. Zemeljsko ozra\u010dje in povr\u0161je se ohlajata po\u010dasneje kot se spreminja koli\u010dina son\u010dne svetlobe, zato najni\u017ejih temperatur pri nas obi\u010dajno ne izmerimo decembra, temve\u010d \u0161ele januarja ali februarja. Podoben zamik opa\u017eamo tudi poleti \u2013 najtoplej\u0161i dnevi nastopijo nekaj tednov po poletnem solsticiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimski solsticij je torej prelomnica v gibanju Zemlje okoli Sonca. Ozna\u010duje za\u010detek zime, hkrati pa tudi za\u010detek postopnega vra\u010danja svetlobe. Od tega dne je Sonce vsak dan nekoliko vi\u0161je na nebu. Dnevi postajajo dalj\u0161i, \u010deprav najhladnej\u0161i del zime \u0161ele prihaja. &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zimski solsticij je trenutek, ko Sonce na svoji navidezni poti dose\u017ee najni\u017ejo lego nad obzorjem. Na severni polobli se za\u010dne astronomska oziroma koledarska zima, na ju\u017eni pa poletje. \u010ceprav se od tega dne svetli del dneva dalj\u0161a, se ozra\u010dje \u0161e ohlaja. Najhladnej\u0161i del zime imamo pri nas obi\u010dajno januarja ali
