Ve\u010dina je nacionalnih in komercialnih, kot so\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scalar.si\/sl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SCALAR<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldis.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ALDIS<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nowcast.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LINET<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meteo.gr\/talos\/en\/thunders-from-the-start-of-day-Europe.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TALOS<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www-cdn.eumetsat.int\/files\/2022-12\/LI_MAG14_D201_Marlton_LEELA_1.pdf\">LEELA<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0itd., ki se v glavnem zdru\u017eujejo v omre\u017eje\u00a0<a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/www.euclid.org\/\" href=\"http:\/www.euclid.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EUCLID<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(pokritost ve\u010djega dela Evrope). Metode zaznavanja udarov strel so podrobneje opisane na spletni strani <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scalar.si\/sl\/sistem\/metode-zaznavanja-strel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>scalar.si<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolj poznano je omre\u017eje oziroma skupnost&nbsp;<a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/en.blitzortung.org\/\" href=\"http:\/en.blitzortung.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Blitzortung.org<\/strong><\/a>, ki jo sestavljajo zainteresirani posamezniki z vsega sveta z lastnimi detektorji strel. Skupnosti se lahko pridru\u017ei vsakdo z obmo\u010dja, ki je trenutno \u0161e slab\u0161e pokrito, in z namestitvijo naprave za zaznavanje atmosferskih razelektritev izbolj\u0161a pokritost ter natan\u010dnost zaznane lokacije udarov strel. Podatki s posameznih detektorjev se prena\u0161ajo na stre\u017enike, kjer se skupno obdelajo in v realnem \u010dasu objavljajo na spletni aplikaciji. Na podlagi lokacije posamezne naprave in \u010dasa prihoda elektromagnetnega impulza (lightning discharge impulse) se lahko s pomo\u010djo ve\u010d detektorjev v okolici izra\u010duna lokacijo udara strele. Ve\u010d o skupnosti in metodah zaznavanja strel si lahko preberete&nbsp;<a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"en.blitzortung.org\/cover_your_area.php\" href=\"http:\/\/en.blitzortung.org\/cover_your_area.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>tukaj<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na obmo\u010dju Slovenije in ve\u010djega dela jugovzhodne Evrope udare strel z ve\u010d detektorji meri Elektroin\u0161titut Milan Vidmar (EIMV) v okviru sistema SCALAR, vendar podatki niso brezpla\u010dno javno dostopni, saj se uporabljajo v komercialne namene. Javno dostopne podatke o udarih strel v na\u0161i okolici objavljata Mad\u017earska dr\u017eavna meteorolo\u0161ka slu\u017eba (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.met.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>HungaroMet<\/strong><\/a>) in Hrva\u0161ki dr\u017eavni hidrometeorolo\u0161ki zavod (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/meteo.hr\/podaci.php?section=podaci_mjerenja&amp;param=mg&amp;el=hrvatska\">DHMZ<\/a><\/strong>). Podatke DHMZ, katerih vir je sistem detekcije strel LEELA britanske dr\u017eavne meteorolo\u0161ke slu\u017ebe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metoffice.gov.uk\/\"><strong>Met Office<\/strong><\/a>, uporabljamo za lastni grafi\u010dni prikaz karte udarov strel na obmo\u010dju Slovenije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gridlove-bg-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gridlove-bg-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Udari strel nad obmo\u010djem Slovenije v zadnjih dveh urah (Meteoinfo Slovenija)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a class=\"gridlove-popup-img\" href=\"https:\/\/radar.vreme-podnebje.si\/images\/udari_strel_2h.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radar.vreme-podnebje.si\/images\/udari_strel_2h.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gridlove-bg-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gridlove-bg-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Udari strel nad obmo\u010djem Slovenije zadnjih 24 ur (Meteoinfo Slovenija)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a class=\"gridlove-popup-img\" href=\"https:\/\/radar.vreme-podnebje.si\/images\/udari_strel_24h.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radar.vreme-podnebje.si\/images\/udari_strel_24h.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www-cdn.eumetsat.int\/files\/2022-12\/LI_MAG14_D201_Marlton_LEELA_1.pdf\"><strong>LEELA<\/strong><\/a> (Lightning Electromagnetic Emission Location by Arrival time difference) je samodejno omre\u017eje za zaznavanje strel, ki ga upravlja britanski Met Office. Sestavlja ga 11 senzorjev po Evropi, ki zaznavajo pulze radijskih valov ob udarih strel in skupaj omogo\u010dajo dolo\u010danje lokacije in \u010dasa udara strele na \u0161irokem geografskem obmo\u010dju. S tehniko, imenovano multilateracija, sistem izra\u010duna razliko v \u010dasu prihoda (<em>arrival time difference<\/em>) teh impulzov na posamezne senzorje in tako dolo\u010di natan\u010dno lokacijo udara strele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem deluje neprekinjeno in je posebej uporaben za spremljanje nevihtnega vremena, zlasti na obmo\u010djih z redkimi podatki drugih sistemov zaznavanja strel. Je bolj ob\u010dutljiv na pojav strel med oblakom in tlemi kot na tiste znotraj oblakov, vendar ne lo\u010duje med razli\u010dnimi vrstami strel ter ne zaznava jakosti, polaritete in drugih zna\u010dilnostih strel. \u010ceprav je sistem optimiziran za zaznavanje strel nad Zdru\u017eenim kraljestvom in Evropo, lahko zazna strele tudi na bolj oddaljenih obmo\u010djih, vendar se natan\u010dnost in ob\u010dutljivost na ve\u010djih razdaljah ob\u010dutno zmanj\u0161ata. Primerjave z drugimi sistemi detekcije strel ka\u017eejo, da LEELA zazna pribli\u017eno dvakrat ve\u010d strel kot njegov predhodnik ATDnet, in to z primerljivo natan\u010dnostjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za spremljanje udarov strel skoraj v realnem \u010dasu priporo\u010damo uporabo podatkov sistema Blitzortung, ki so objavljeni na interaktivnem zemljevidu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gridlove-bg-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gridlove-bg-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interaktivna karta udarov strel nad Slovenijo in okolico v \u017eivo (<\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/en.blitzortung.org\/live_lightning_maps.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Blitzortung<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/map.blitzortung.org\/#6.9\/46.17\/14.95\" width=\"100%\" height=\"500\" style=\"border:none;\" scrolling=\"no\" title=\"Udari strel nad Slovenijo in okolico.\"><\/iframe><p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arhiv meritev sistema Blitzortung je dostopen na spletni strani <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lightningmaps.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>lightningmaps.org<\/strong><\/a>.
